On November 26 my husband Paul skidded off the road near Dawson Creek, damaging our truck towing an empty Uhaul. Another driver called a tow truck which then towed our truck and Uhaul to KTS Truck Repair in Dawson Creek. Steven Reynolds not only stored our truck and Uhaul in his shop but he gave my husband a ride to a hotel in Dawson Creek. The next day, he picked Paul up and drove him to his shop where he has repaired the two left side tires, and the sway bar, as well as put a spring back on enabling Paul to go over to our granddaughter's place, and with the help of Steven's son, load the Uhaul with her belongings. The next day, they returned to Steven's shop where he replaced the sway bar with a new one, at a very reasonable cost. Steven Reynolds and his son went beyond what a business person would normally do. His empathy and compassion was so appreciated by my husband and I at a very stressful time in our lives. Steven Reynolds and his son are a shining example of humanity at its best.

I was at Raptor Pro Mechanics and mentioned to my good friend Johnathan that I was thinking of going to minute muffler to fix the exhaust of my 40 year SUV. He mentioned that I should go see if Doug would be available and mention to him that I was out of town. Doug looked at me and said that because you are a friend of Johnathan and if you are here at precisely 1PM, he'd have a look. Well, I was lucky because 40 years can complicate a lot of problems with exhaust - especially if you still had installed the original catalytic converter. Doug was a super-master of his craft and within an hour I was mobile again with a fair price. Thank you Doug - great job.

This is by far the best and most professional barber shop in DAWSON CREEK. Every barber here has great skills to cut any haircut a person would want. Barbers are all professionals in their craft. They cuts with attention to detail and quality. Will not get my hair cut anywhere else.

For this area I had to call around quite a few places to find someone who works on refrigeration/air conditioners. They definitely know their stuff and were quickly able to identify the issue with my air conditioner.
