We just got occupancy in Nov of 2023 from an amazing home build with Roger Pelletier of Pelletier Construction and Nelson Homes. Solid construction which we watched from the first dig to handing over the keys. We have never built a new home before so we were pretty nervous but this build couldn't have gone better if we had tried. We did a custom floor plan, 8 ft doors throughout 2 floors, granite countertops, custom cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, the finished project is stunning!The budget process was easy to understand and any overages were due to our upgrades and we were aware up front of the additional costs. A fixed price home is what we were looking for as we didn't feel comfortable doing a cost plus build so this was a great option!!We met all of the crews working for Roger and they were experts in their field, pleasant, timely (some working on the weekend to not slow down the next trade scheduled) and just all around great guys!! Full build in approx 7 months and the finishings are modern and beautiful!! I am absolutely in love with our new home!! Roger Pelletier who in our opinion was the highlight of this build!! He was respected by his crews (based on many conversations with them) and he ensures they are taken care of. We as his customer were also well taken care of through the process. We couldn't be happier and much respect goes to Roger Pelletier!!!Would recommend without hesitation.Jeff and Kristie

Tyson and Isaiah completed my electrical panel upgrade from 100 AMP to 200 AMP service, plus installed an RV 30 AMP outlet and a 20 AMP outlet outside. Working with Mark on the estimate was seamless. Tyson and Isaiah were on time and completed the work exactly when promised. They were respectful of my property and completed the job with care and precision. I honestly can’t thank her enough. I came to her last minute with hair that was super damaged from bleach, and she didn’t just fit me in she gave it her full attention and care. She didn’t sugarcoat anything, still made me feel hopeful with great advice My hair isn’t fully fixed yet, but she brought it back to life and made it to like proper length and great for my upcoming grad. She’s patient, honest, and genuinely kind shes a real one through and through. You can tell she does this from the heart. I’m so, so grateful.

Best pedicure in Cranbrook! I tried everywhere and was so disappointed every time but not when I went to Lienski (Anna's Nails). They are very detailed and gentle. I have a skin condition and I have never been more comfortable and pleased with the work. Also the foot massage was short and sweet but like the cherry on top!Service: Pedicure
I’ve had the pleasure of Sydney McKenzie doing my hair for sometime now. While Sydney does specialize in blondes, she cuts and shapes my natural wavy brunette hair perfectly. If you’re not a blonde or if you have wavy hair, I promise you are still in good hands.

this place is amazing!!! jen and sam are so kind and welcoming and accommodating. they always offer tea and snacks and are incredibly talented at nail art, the pedicure i had was so relaxing they even did hot stone massages on me and my friend, ive been twice now and it’s absolutely my new go to. they are the sweetest people and it feels like home there! theyre open late, take appointments short notice or walk ins, i loveee their work 100% recommend you visit here!! you will not be disappointed. my new favourite place, 10/10. ❤️

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr.Kevin is so knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and educate me. This was much appreciated. Since this was my first visit, I am waiting for a few more to see if his chiropractic manipulations help in the long run.

They always take extra care to help with my very senior dog anytime I need them, they are compassionate and easy to work with.
I've taken two of my dogs to tanglefoot and they have been great. The staff are friendly, and vets have been great with our new puppy.
I have only been there once to have my dogs nails. He fights hard not to let me cut them. He had tore a nail, and it was bleeding, so I needed it cut so as not to create more damage. They were very helpful and got him in within a couple hours and got the longer nails trimmed back. I will use them in the future whenever his nails need done
A Miracle at Shaggy Wags! ?❤️ I honestly can’t put into words how much of a life-changing moment today was for us. My dog, Rose, had double TPLO surgery on her back legs when she was only a year old. Ever since that recovery, she became incredibly reactive and aggressive whenever anyone tried to touch her paws. For three years, we’ve been stuck in a heartbreaking cycle: ❌ Groomers turned her away because of her reactivity. ❌ Vet offices couldn’t even get them done without total sedation. ❌ Constant stress and worry that her overgrown nails would snag or rip. I reached out to Kendra at Shaggy Wags as a last hope. I was so desperate to stop putting Rose through the trauma of sedation just for a basic nail trim. Kendra is a literal expert with reactive dogs. ? With my partner holding her still, Kendra had Rose’s nails perfectly cut in under two minutes. I was stunned! But the most beautiful part? As soon as it was over, Rose went right back to loving on Kendra like nothing had happened. ? After three years of stress, sedation, and constant concern for Rose’s safety, I finally don’t have to worry anymore. Kendra’s calm confidence and skill with dogs who are aggressive about their paws is unmatched. She is officially my only go-to for grooming services! ??
I have 2 baby Let in my life all my dogs were groomed by pretty pooch we even travel from West Kootenay to bring them over there with always super good care and looks really recommend.
