Been going to Kootenay tax for the last 10 years. Previously known as Exact tax. Fantastic customer service.
Used Exact Tax this year and received excellent service from Pat. She was referred to me by a friend and I can tell you, she went beyond the call of duty with me. Plus I got a refund (which I never got before ) Thank-you Pat, for everything you did for me.
Although I'm severely disabled by MS, Cathy has cheerfully & patiently done my taxes for many years. Like Rob & Tiff said in another review, I truly appreciate Cathy's attention to detail. I highly recommend her and her business, Exact Tax.
