The guy was great. Totally thorough, took it all apart, sprayed and washed the inside.
Washed the outside one in the driveway, in and out. I was impressed. Marvelous job. Thanks a million.
Did a great job of cleaning the heat pump but underneath the mini split was left debris on the gas fireplace from cleaning the mini split above. I would think that might be all part of the service.
Duncan called to let me know what time he would arrive. He checked both the inside and outside systems. After this review, he explained all aspects of his examination. Overall, Duncan did an excellent job. Well done!
