Alana did an oil treatment plus massage on my hair and killed it. I came in with a lingering migraine and felt so much better when I left. Super affordable without sacrificing quality. She also gave me a great haircut. Such a good experience and wish I lived in Courtenay so I could come back.

Elijah at Roots Salon is absolutely amazing! She did my keratin straightening and completely transformed my hair—it's smooth, shiny, and frizz-free. She's not only incredibly skilled but also super friendly and made me feel right at home. The whole team at Roots Salon is fantastic, and the vibe is so warm and welcoming.
