Evelyn is one amazing employee, she works at store 277 in Courtney. I have had the pleasure of receiving top notch service from her. Evelyn is very professional and is a huge asset to Money Mart.
Came in with Walmart money transfer issue and was helped very quickly. The lady behind the counter (sorry I didn’t get your name) called in for me, handled the problem and she got the fees taken off. Worth 6 stars.
Anytime I've gone into the Courtenay store the staff have been amazing. They make sure everything is explained to me so I understand and always take their time with me. I never feel rushed or just like a another number to them. They also have taken the time to get to know me and call me by name when it is my turn. I will always use money mart for any of my financial emergencies.
