Donovan was extremely helpful, he went through all my options for the AT tire that I wanted for my use case scenario, he was patient, and I wasn’t rushed. I live in Campbell River and have a Kal Tire here locally, but I’m making the trip to Courtney to go to this location specifically only because of how helpful he was with me.

I had an issue with one of my tires. I was able to walk in and fortunately they were able to check it out right away. Super friendly, and great service! They fixed the problem at no cost. Thank you!

brought in for a rebalance, informed me that my tires were in fact shot and offered very helpful advice for next steps. the fellow at front desk had purple hair and painted nails and was extremely kind!
