EDIT: my mistake!!!!! I was looking at the wrong line on the invoice. I should’ve double checked/just called. Lesson learned!Just got an oil change at this location. Everything was great except they charged me to top up my washer fluid even though I didn’t ask them to and they didn’t ask me if I wanted it topped up. I had literally just filled it up in Nanaimo an hour earlier and have extra fluid in my car, so definitely didn’t need to pay $5 at GCOC for more washer fluid. I know it’s not a lot of money but the way he phrased it made it seem like they’d done it for free. These guys and gals are awesome at what they do. Great touchless carwash too.GCOC ?? Courtenay offers excellent service & workmanship, at a very fair price.Thank you very much for all the hard work, highly recommend!
