You have given me a great deal of peace of mind in regard to the things that looked good and strong about the house, and the things that I will need to have resolved about the house before/if proceeding.

Marc was super easy to work with and was able to come and do our inspection within a few days of me reaching out to him. He was friendly and his report was very thorough. Seems very trustworthy and honest. He was also willing to come to my remote location for the inspection which was a big bonus!
