Very compassionate service. Check engine light came on as I was leaving town. The guy who helped us (didn’t get his name) got us in immediately, was very helpful and treated our situation with urgency and care. Everyone else in the area quoted us days before they could see us. At budget brake they saw us in our time of need. Thank you !!!!
Darryl and his crew are amazing! We had trouble with our car yesterday and within an hour he had the issue figured out and the part from his supplier was available and it was installed and car is running fine. And he didn't gouge us either!
This isn't the first time we've had great service from them. The best!
I cannot say enough good things about the service I got at Budget Brake & Muffler (Courtenay)! Darryl squeezed me in and got my vehicle repaired the same day I brought it in, and at a very fair price. He was friendly and courteous - a pleasure to deal with!
