My gas fireplace was serviced Jan. 2026. Tristan, the technician that completed the service, was not only professional, but very considerate, tidy & completed the job in the estimated time given. He answered my questions with skill and knowledge & in addition was personable. I am now confident that my fireplace is in excellent working order - plus the flame is much clearer due to the glass being cleaned. I'm a satisfied customer! Many Thanks!
