We had very positive experience related to care and treatment of our dog-Toby.His health issues were diagnosed and treated accordingly.
We were not pushed for expensive test etc.
When there was no hope for further treatment, we got full information about euthanasia from Dr.Ma.
We were given plenty of time to stay with Toby in the Office in his final day.
We were treated with kindness and respect, both by Dr and Staff during and after procedure.

The VCA Como Lake team is amazing! They were incredibly caring and compassionate when we had our adopted kittens spayed and neutered. They explained everything thoroughly, provided carefully labeled medication, and even pre-dosed the syringes for each kitten. I was impressed by their dedication to our pets' well-being. They even included them when they had their Office Christmas Party which I thought was so cute!! Highly recommended! 🐾

Our English bulldog, Winston, was our whole life and love and we wanted the best care for him. He unfortunately had a myriad of health and behavioural issues stemming from being attacked when he was 9 months and losing an eye. The frequent trips to the vet and surgery to remove his eye made him very aggressive with vet hospitals.
