    If you’re looking for a personal trainer in the Tri-Cities area, Marcella is definitely worth trying. She is highly professional and attentive to detail, tailoring each training session to meet her clients’ individual needs. I had ongoing discomfort in my left back and shoulder due to work, but after training with Marcella for the past two years, the pain gradually disappeared as my muscles and core became stronger. I’m very grateful to have trained with Marcella and am always happy to see the progress I continue to make

    Marcela has helped me believe that I can heal. I went to her with severe knee pain (post pregnancy). With her training, I am able to be back to normal again. She creates new goals in fitness for me. She is an inspiring person, whose positive attitude will create an impact in you.     I started with Marcela in Aug 2022 thinking I would just try for a few months - never in my life have I every "worked out" . 1 year later and I look forward to every session even when I’m struggling to get moving that day - I always come away feeling better - I’m more mobile / I’m getting stronger and I am so grateful for Marcela’s professional and thoughtful skills that personalize every session to ensure I’m continually improving my strength and mobility.
