Needed a spring replaced on my dishwasher door. Called Totem to explain the issue and to schedule the service (on a Friday) and got an appointment on the following Monday morning. The service tech, Ken, phoned first thing in the morning and told me he was arriving soon. He had the parts on hand already (I guess based on my description of the problem). He replaced the broken spring as well as the one on the other side as the kit had 2 springs. All in, he probably took about 25 minutes. He was very thorough and answered my questions.

Asked for a received a repair quote in advance. Parts came in in two days, then a single technician visit to resolve the issue. Very pleased with the service and overall experience.
