Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Looked after as soon as I step through the door. I needed a key fob for my truck programmed. They were far less expensive as a car dealership. They allowed me to make an appointment to come in. They had it done in 10 minutes. Not like a dealership were they would ask you to drop it off in the morning and pickup later in the day. If you are looking a fob programmed, key cut or you lost all of your fobs go see them.
Kevin took my phone call about a certain lock we were struggling to fit - we followed the directions, googled solutions and even youtube’d the solution !! Kevin talked me through his solution, when that didn’t work, he stayed at his shop until I arrived half an hour later with the lock set to help me out in person. It turns out the tumblers supplied with the lock set were the wrong ones for the handles !!! Straight from the Schlage factory !!! Hands down Kevin went more than the extra mile to help me out, sold me the new parts I needed and wouldn’t take anything for his time and advice. The industry needs more people like Kevin !!
