My key snapped in half in my front door lock and I was locked out of my apartment. They showed up within half an hour and fixed it within 10 minutes! Great customer service! Definitely recommend them if you’re in a pinch like I was!

I would like to commend and thank Ian for doing such a great job installing a new lock on my door. He was professional, kind, and, even with a busy schedule, he managed to make time to come out and support me with an issue related to my main lock.
