At the time of the service, back in the fall of 2024, the service was efficient and friendly. I had to call them back because the car key was not properly coded and the car would often stall on starting. They came back and fixed it again. But ever since then, the car often stalls when starting. Sometimes I have to start it 5 times before it stays on. This is wearing out the starter motor, is hard on the environment, and is frustrating. I called back again, but I was told that since so much time has passed, it would be a new job to have it done again. Cannot be more appreciative of his assistance. Lost key fob and same day he came out and replaced the fob (x2). Long after this, I struggled with getting the remote start to work and not only did he respond quickly, he assisted with researching why and different ways to get it to work. Voila, he was right and remote start is successful again! Appreciated his prompt replies and patience with all my contacts.
Param was pleasant to deal with and arrived within an hour of my contacting Fast Locksmith. He was able to quickly repair the door lock and had all necessary tools and accessories. Would recommend.
