“As first time home buyers, the process of applying for a mortgage was initially very overwhelming, however, Sim’s approach allowed us to feel comfortable and confident with the information we were provided. He is very professional, courteous and responsive. We recommend Sim and look forward to working with him again in the future.”
“Enjoyed doing business with Michael. We worked with Michael Hallet as first-time home buyers, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Buying our first home in Port Moody while living in North Vancouver, but Michael made the entire process straightforward and easy to understand. Michael was always very friendly and professional.
He was always available to answer questions, even calling me back on the weekend, which really stood out. As first-time buyers, we appreciated how clearly he explained everything and guided us through each step without making things feel complicated.
We were also very happy with the rate we received, especially compared to what we were seeing advertised by the big banks. Michael gave us confidence in his advice, and we felt we were in good hands throughout the process.
Overall, he was professional, accessible, and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Michael to anyone, especially first-time home buyers looking for someone knowledgeable and responsive.”
