I have worked with Nicole for 5 years. Nicole never stops amazing me. I have seen her get applications approved that I never thought would get approved. I never doubt her anymore. Nicole fights for every client, I have seen it! It costs you nothing, you are under no obligation, it's a no brainer. Why wouldn't you use her services?

If I could give more stars I would! Nicole made it happen for us! We had been given bad advice from a different mortgage broker which prevented us from getting a mortgage when we had an accepted offer on a condo. We were going to give up but found Nicole through a reference from a friend and within 24 hours she had a mortgage for us and guided us through easily with no complications! She will not hesitate to work as many hours as necessary to provide the best service possible! Highly recommend!!
