Verry good services. I always bring my comfortable shoes to repair here to give them a longer life. I used the service many times over the years and I am completely satisfied. I read some of the one star reviews and I found them hilarious and mean. They give me a good laugh.

I brought my favoite black suede boots in to have the heels replaced and decorative straps sewn back on. (The heels were worn down completely) The staff did a beautiful, quality job replacing and blending the heel to match, and securing the straps back on. I would definitely recommend going here. Excellent workmanship. There was a slight delay in completing the work over the holidays, but all good things are worth waiting for.

I had a 1/2 Topy sole added to my heeled boots. Craftsmanship looks great, but unfortunately was not impressed with the turnaround time, missed deadlines and no communication without going into the store.I’m glad that the owner is still in business as they mentioned that many repairs were getting done and that putting a Topy sole is going to be ready in a month. However, had to go back three times because first they didn’t start it, and second, the machine was broken.I would’ve understood if there was communication about these issues, but I can see why there’s such a polarity in these reviews.
