I ateppednon a scale in November of 2023 and was at a staggering 275! I was so nervous to walk into a gym and not know how or where to start. CBC Crossfit made this experience fantastic from the start through to the end! I had some really great conversations about my worries and the staff were excellent at providing what I needed! (I was really worried about getting hurt) I took on their 6 week challenge which has a meal plan and nutrition guide, and was at the gym mostly 4 days a week( I was working from out of town so there were some gaps in my schedule). I joined CrossFit CBC about two years ago, and it’s been an awesome experience. The coaches are super helpful, making sure you do exercises right and pushing you to get better. Everyone is really friendly, creating a great community vibe.If you want a place that’s not just a gym but also a friendly group pushing you to be healthier, CrossFit CBC is it!
Dropped in for a workout at CBC as I was passing by for a few days.Greg was very welcoming and attentive to all the athletes in the class, adjusting the workouts depending on comfort levels. Made a point to welcome me and made me feel at home as a visitor. Athletes were very friendly, a couple of them made a point to introduce themselves and say hi. Pleasant atmosphere in the gym with good camraderie between the members!Workout was accessible to all but we worked on lifts, conditioning and core work which made it a very exhaustive workout.Thanks a lot Greg! Will be back when in town again!
