Mother of pearl, this place is a gem! If I didn't have a day job, I would be applying on the spot due to the positive vibes and fun atmosphere.My boy Norman has been coming here since he was a puppy and all of the staff have treated him with patience and kindness, even when he is bouncing off the wall with energy.The manager Gwen is the cream of the crop and is attentive to her customers. Norman always gets his beloved blue ball here and lots of attention- two of his favourite things. Go to this store, ya'll!Cheers!Elise and Norman

I’ve been coming to this Bosley’s since I moved to the area five years ago, and the staff here are invariably helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to get to know you and your pets, and I always feel so welcome here. I have a senior cat with IBD, and feeding him has been a real struggle. Lauren has taken the time to talk to me about the cat’s challenges and needs and made very helpful suggestions of foods that would work for the cat’s needs while also saving me money. I’m so happy we have this store in our neighborhood!

The staff at this location are genuinely the sweetest. Just took my anxiety driven Tibetan mastiff for tubby time and they were so calm and patient around him. Made for such a beautiful experience. We will be coming back!
