Awesome staff. Very friendly & helpful. The grooming services are amazing. Alma has done the hard & long job of grooming our cocker spaniel a few times now. He comes home looking & feeling & smelling great. Thanks to everyone in the store for making shopping there easy and enjoyable, even when it’s busy.

I’ve been going to pet smart for like yrs and they have amazing staff and managers now and staff know there stuff and very knowledgable and people working there work hard to make sure people are informed about what u need for the animal or fish u buy so that u get the full life and love of the animal u love and make it a part of your family. any other place can sell u animals and not care or inform u what it needs to live then the animal dies .but at pet smart if your a true animal lover like the staff and mangers that work there take pride and work hard to provide best service they with the info people like us give them and what I found out Jessica is a staff member...read full review
