Bosley's carries exclusive brands such as Performatrin and Performatrin Ultra, which are scientifically developed by in-house nutritionists. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff who often offer great recommendations. The store is always clean and well-organized, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Customers have enjoyed bringing their pets for baths at good prices, and many pets love visiting the store. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional, with lots of nice toys and products for pets. While most experiences are positive, some customers have noted issues during return processes, with one mentioning poor treatment when trying to return a dog food bag. Yesterday, we were making a regular visit with my dog. She did her business outside as usual, but soon after browsing for 5-10 mins, she did herself an accident on the carpet inside the store….
Embarrassed, I notified the staff and asked for a towel so I could clean up.
However the staff insisted they clean up and assured me multiple times with a smile.
To the two ladies (one with plaid skirt and one who came from the back to clean),

I used the dog wash service and it was amazing. I thought it would be a nightmare for huskies but the equipment is nice and the products used are nice too. They give you treats to help with the process and the service from the associate was great too. Def recommend it
I don’t know how much Finn is making, but this staff member needs a raise or a promotion. Dude went out of his way to help me around the store. He was super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable when I called before my visit in-store. 6/5 stars for Finn and other staff member whose name I didn’t get.
0/5 stars for their reptile/fish section. Would love to see higher quality reptile foods e.g. Repashy or Pangea. Give some love to the little guys too.
