Fast, kind, and professional—Austin Automotive turned a stressful holiday situation into a surprisingly pleasant one! On December 23rd, my car overheated, and they were recommended to me—answering my call just a minute before closing. They told me I could tow it over even after hours and promised to take a look the next day, even if the repair might have to wait until after the holidays.

The team at Austin Automotive has kept me on the road for the last year. Sometimes it was not the emergency I thought it was, and sometimes that emergency was creeping up. The owner, who shall go nameless, always leveled with me straight as my vehicle is old.
He said something that is always stuck with me, “sometimes it is cheaper to keep her, sometimes it’s not”.
