The technician came to troubleshoot a problem with our fridge and diagnosed the problem immediately. Parts are ordered and we’re on the way back to normal. Sasha was very helpful and knows his stuff! Great service. His follow up to install the replacement part was seamless. Great job!

Fridge wasn’t cooling and they were able to send a technician the next day. Great service. Gave me a time window, arrived promptly. Repairman put booties on, which I appreciated.
Excellent service, very polite and patient with my barky dogs. We ended up needing a new fridge and he even gave me advice on purchasing a new one. Would definitely recommend.
