Nilu at the Apple Store in Coquitlam Centre. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely determined to solve the issue with my iPhone. She told me it was the first time she had encountered this particular problem, but instead of giving up, she took the time to investigate and work through it until we found a solution.
Nilu also guided me in downloading the Apple Support app and showed me how I could use it to learn more about my device and get help in the future. Her patience, dedication, and outstanding customer service made the whole experience a positive one. Thank you, Nilu!
It’s easy to write a negative review but hardly does a positive experience ever get the recognition it deserves. I had a fabulous experience with this particular store and the attentiveness, quality and timely service was outstanding. These experiences further enhance my business with apple and they never disappoint. Keenan the manager who listened to me, heard my concerns was attentive at every step completely changed the situation from a negative one to a positive one. These sort of experiences stay with people and I appreciate that. I will continue to shop apple just because their customer service level is top notch!
