Overall, this place is great. I have loved my hair after it's been done here.I did get my hair done by someone who I usually don't get. Despite asking to keep it long, it was cut at shoulder length. I asked for the front layers to be longer, and it was cut shorter anyway. The stylist even commented on it, saying she took off what wasn't necessary.I know it'll grow back, but it's not what I asked for, and it's frustrating when you're clear with what you want and the stylist ignores it anyway.

Very happy with my cut ( have gone several times). Betty cuts very professionally and is thorough. Most importantly she cuts and styles hair as I requested, I have paid much more money at other places and havent had this experience. Strongly recommend Betty.Services: Hairstyling

Got a cut, highlights, and colouring done by Betty and I'm loving my new hair! This salon is honestly a joy to visit and the staff are friendly and helpful, even to those they aren't currently working on.Bonus points for all the effort put toward helping me make sense of the vague idea of what I wanted along with confirming that I consented once I understood what I was getting into.Services: Hairstyling
