Bought 2diamond sets, my daughter lost one of her earring, when went back to the store for replacement , they told us they don’t have a replacement but they can make a ring out of the earring and thts what we did! Happy with their service?

The service was amazing I was undecided on any ring and she still offered to clean the rings I was wearing for free regardless of if I bought anything just the kind of people you want in your town

Rositah is the best person to talk to about all of your jewelry needs - she’s friendly, devoted a lot of time to me each time I went back to ask about sizes/seeing the rings again/etc and I never felt like she was just trying to make a sale. Every time I went to the other stores to compare prices/services they were rude and way more expensive, or they would tell me that what I wanted was possible. The people at Acinda are very helpful and they truly want to work with you to make your custom jewelry perfect.
