“Front desk staff absolute gems. Rooms, primo. Decided to stay a second night. Staff transfered us to a new room seamlessly. The staff at the attached bar... Arrived they were slammed, hostess said there maybe a wait. Asked about vacant tables, her reply that section was closed due to lack of staff. Fair. Server Ethan stepped up and seated us instantly. Ethan then took absolute control, managed exceptions, proceeded to give next level service while supporting all the staff around him. The team in this establishment went above and beyond on every level. Hats off. Ethan, the hostess and bartender went above and beyond.”
