I had my first appointment with Dr. Gagnon. Both he & his receptionist were very friendly. There was no waiting. My appointment was on time as scheduled. Dr. Gagnon was very thorough during the initial assessment process. Before actually using it, he took the time to show me the instrument that he was going to use during my treatment. And, as he worked on my problem areas Dr. Gagnon proceeded cautiously and kept checking with me throughout the treatment to ensure that I was doing okay. I appreciated his professionalism and look forward to my next appointment.
After calling another place and finding it might take 2 weeks to get help, I tried here. My chiropractor had retired and I was in sudden need of an adjustment. To my surprise, I was able to book myself in for a first visit, which included a treatment, just half an hour later. Very friendly reception and the Dr. was friendly, laid back, and explanatory. No attempt to have me coming back for 10+ visits. Available last minute. Multi technique treatment. 5 Stars.
I was extremely nervous as it was my first time at a chiropractor but Dr. Gagnon was friendly and he took his time to explain everything in great detail before any treatment. Great first experience.
