“They called me 2 hours before my RMT appointment to tell me it ws cancelled. I understand people get sick, but 2 hours notice is ridiculous.I returned the call to try and reschedule appointment before the new year. No response, no call back. Very unprofessional.Edit: the owner called me, apologized and explained the situation, which I was very appreciative of. People get sick and the flu bug has been out in force this month. They are going to do everything they can to get me in this week - and that is all ask for. Really appreciate the call back and doing what you could to get me in before the new year.His RMT Jennifer called me back and was able to get me in TODAY which was amazing. Really excited!“
