They called me 2 hours before my RMT appointment to tell me it ws cancelled. I understand people get sick, but 2 hours notice is ridiculous.I returned the call to try and reschedule appointment before the new year. No response, no call back. Very unprofessional.Edit: the owner called me, apologized and explained the situation, which I was very appreciative of. People get sick and the flu bug has been out in force this month. They are going to do everything they can to get me in this week - and that is all ask for. Love my visits to Restorative Health for Chiropractic care! I only see Dr. Craig Robinson. Dr. Robinson is very helpful; he is straightforward and always asks lots of questions to fully understand what my body needs. I also appreciate that he explains what’s happening with my body, and what he is doing to help. I have always been sort of nervous of chiropractic manipulations, but Dr. Robinson explains how everything is connected, and how each adjustment he is preforming works. He also gives me exercises to do to help me with my specific back issues. I recommend giving him a visit, as he has helped me immensely with reoccurring lower back pain!

He fixes me every time that Shawn chiropractor he is amazing highly recommend him the massage therapist I forget her name she's really good but though just note you don't take off all your clothes she did not specify last time I was a little embarrassed standing there naked and saying I'm ready
