Very good experience in every way. I suppose everyone looks at four main parameters: quality of merchandise, quality of labour, quality of general service (punctuality, reliability, etc.), and of course price. In all four respects, Terry's company was outstanding. This is to say that I would not only hire him again to the the carpets in my house, but that I will. Five stars, well deserved.
Had to get rid of some really old disgusting carpet and I shopped around for the best deal without sacrificing service.
Raymond so graciously did an on-call consultation with us after hours to look at samples as I work 9-5 and their store hours are 9-5. He provided us with a very very reasonable quote and came to the location the following week to inspect.
The quote was only slightly changed but still agreed and made the deposit.
An emergency happened on my end the day before the installation and Raymond was very kind to reschedule to our needs.
