William took great care of fixing my balcony leakage problem. He put in lots of effort and visited multiple times to ensure the concrete, slope, and membrane were all in perfect condition. He also paid close attention to the details, including the final appearance. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend him for any professional construction work you need to be done in the best possible way!
