I had a disastrous leak in my suite while I was away on holiday that affected five of my neighbours, two common hallways and multiple ceilings and walls. I organized a replacement toilet through Urban - taking time out of my vacation from 10, 000 kilometres away - to ensure I had a working toilet upon my return home. One of the owners, Carmine, and his business partner were out of town and some balls were dropped. Urban Plumbing and Heating came highly recommended, and they absolutely lived up to it. Marco replied to me first thing in the morning, and because of the urgency had a technician at my home that same morning. The technician worked directly with the manufacturer, Rinnai, to order the necessary parts and clearly explained the plan moving forward. My Rinnai Combi-Boiler is now repaired and running perfectly.  Everyone I spoke with at Urban was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this company for their service. I'll live in an older building that needed a whole new heating system replaced immediately. The team worked diligently to get the job done . ?? Thank You
