Jessie is so sweet & nice, made the whole treatment very comfortable. I have already booked my next 2 appointments. The Centre is clean & welcoming. I will definitely tell others about it.

I have been going to Total Vitality Centre for years. Erica is an excellent RMT. She is knowledgeable about all the pressure points in the body. She is a great listener. After every visit, I leave feeling a little lighter. My neck and upper back pain issues have significantly improved. Thank you Erica!

Staff are friendly and inviting. I was offered a bottle of water while I was waiting for my treatment. The Japanese Head Spa was very relaxing. I enjoyed all the massages on my head, shoulders and arms.

They have bad service. The receptionist told me that I could book without the deposit and pay the full amount on the day of the appointment, but later on denied my appointment and didn't let me book anymore. They are very confusing and they tell the wrong information. I don't recommend this place at all.

I just wanted to leave an honest review. I went there confirming 3 times through messaging, through the receptionist and then again through the Dr. I was told they had Facial acupuncture, which is done on the face. I was disappointed to find out that their version of facial acupuncture was regular body acupuncture in hopes it will end up doing smth to the face? I thought she was going to start a bit on the body and then start on the face later for the facial acupuncture. She didnt. Watching facial acupuncture (that is ACTUALLY done on the face) you can see immediate glow and a bit of lift and rejuvenation, that's what a Facial acupuncture is. I look the same as expected. It was the most confusing and interesting experience I've had this year.. didn't hurt at all, except for the hands. Dr is knowledgeable. But at the end of the day, it wasn't what I asked for, and because I do not have insurance I'm now short of $94 out of my own hard working money. So I was super disappointed. This is a sign to stick to regular facial stuff.😅
