Sasha did a fantastic job troubleshooting my stacker dryer; determined the thermostat had given up working after 20 years! Luckily since the parts for fuses and thermostats are small enough, and he had one with him, I was up and running within the hour of his arrival. Oleg was prompt and fixed my gas oven very efficiently. He explained the problem in a way I could understand.
