We had a last-minute trip planned to Whistler for a day, and although we had never used this daycare before, we had heard amazing things about The Urban Puppy Shop. Our usual daycare was fully booked, so we reached out to them. They asked many detailed questions about my dog to ensure she would adapt well to the environment. Throughout the day, they kept me updated with timely texts, letting me know my dog was settling in wonderfully. They also shared videos of the dogs playing on Instagram, which was such a nice touch! My dog looked incredibly happy, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this place!

Great facility for daycare and boarding. Our dog seems to have a great time whenever we drop him off and staff are pleasant do deal with. They are very accommodating of needs and don’t require advance bookings for daycare which is a huge benefit when we have any urgent need

My dogs Arti and Arlo love to be at this doggy day-care the most after tried private sitters & daycares . They have been to 4 well known dog daycares in Richmond and Vancouver, my golden retriever Arti was always acted sad and lonely at other places since he is a ‘people’s dog’, not much into dogs besides my other dog Arlo, an Aussiedoodle. But he definitely is crazy for all the people in this daycare. Always so excited to see them. ❤️❤️❤️ Most importantly is that bark bus is so convenient for us & very affordable. You can definitely tell where your dogs love the most! I highly recommend this doggy daycare to everyone!
