Been coming here on and off for the last few years based on convenience and my schedule availability. Long story short, after going to dealerships for service (when it was more convenient) and dealing with constant negative experiences, I have decided that I’m going to TSS from now on for ALL my automotive needs. Recently had all tires replaced and rear brake rotors/pads done. Literally one of the first experiences I’ve had where my wheels didn’t royally get scratched up in the process! Jacky, who coordinated my appointment and maintained communication throughout the appointment is super professional, knowledgeable and honest on what needs to be done on my car based on severity/importance.
Fantastic service! Curtis did a 4 wheel alignment on my IS300 after I installed new ball joints. He was very precise with getting it to the proper specs.
