Spike Auto is a trustworthy mechanic shop specializing in European cars. They are known for honest, reasonable prices and fair labour costs, often saving customers significant money compared to dealerships. The shop provides good communication and a clear knowledge of what needs to be fixed. They offer a wide range of parts options, including Original, OEM, and salvage parts, depending on your budget. Service is reliable, with the ability to handle urgent issues and complete jobs well. Many customers have been loyal for over nine or ten years, strongly recommending the shop for general repairs and maintenance. They are considered kind, friendly, and not likely to rip you off.
It's quite hard to find a mechanic online, I feel just about every shop, even a highly reviewed one will have a handful of nightmare level reviews lol. Anyways came here based on a friend's recommendation as they specialize in European cars. I did call one other shop to compare, and for what these guys did the price was quite fair. They got me in pretty quickly as my issue was urgent and I had my car back within 2-3 days. I wouldn't say the customer service was super special but they did get the job done.
Great and trust worthy mechanic shop for all your needs. I've known Tony since he had a small shop on Marine drive, Vancouver. He upgraded his shop to a whole new level. Very honest guy, kind and friendly. He helped me save tons of money by offering alternate ways to fix an issue and make my vehicle safe to drive. I've been coming over to his shop for over 9 years now and never had any issue. Prices are reasonable, honest, won't try to rip you off, unlike other mechanics. Therefore, I gave Spike Auto 5 stars. Strongly recommend it?????
I have been with Spike Auto even before they moved to this location from Marine Drive. A recent replacement for a damaged Lexus NX bumper saved me a half from dealership. The price for part and labour are very honest and this garage is highly recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenance
