Recently, the salon responded positively to customer concerns, offering refunds and a free haircut to make things right, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff is being re-trained to improve both skills and customer care, ensuring a better experience for everyone.
Emily and the staff where friendly and inviting. Good experience for the first time getting a hair cut close to home. Only thing is you have to pay foe parking which the Highgate area never had. You can park a few blocks down for free parking if you don't mind the walk. Other than the parking all types of hair cuts due to their expertise. Price is reasonable. Thank you Emily for your help and specific request to cut the hair style.
Amazing hair wash blow dry. The hair cut is amazing as well. I got my fringes done. The lady who cut my hair was so sweet and love how she sets my hair after the wash. It looks beautiful.
Just walked in for a hair cut. Nancy carefully cut and styled my hair the way I liked it according to my photo. Walked out satisfied. Great service. Great value. Clean environment and nice atmosphere.
