I needed a dress hemmed quickly for an event and Stitch It at Metrotown was able to do the job. I was shocked that they managed to do the hemming in only a few hours! The workmanship was excellent as well. The lady at the counter who did the measuring was so pleasant and courteous. I have used other companies and their staff were very stern and rude. I highly recommend that you give Stitch It at Metrotown a try for your alterations.

Wow, I just have to comment on the incredible service! I went in to get two hiking pants tailored. A few days later, I wanted to adjust the alteration and called them. A different person than the one I dealt with the first time told me that I can adjust the height of one of my pants with it's drawstring and I may not need to do any tailoring for it. I went in and she showed me how the drawstring function allowed me to shorten the height of my pants naturally. I got the alteration fees refunded for that pants. Wow, a business looking out for their customer instead of making a quick buck? That's 5 stars in my books and they've earned a loyal customer right... read full review

I have dealt with James Nguyen a number of times, the first time was my motorcycle vest and having them sew on a bunch of stuff and it was so well done I went back to get more sewn on. I just went back to get stuff sewn on backpacks and a leg pouch. They did amazing work. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Will always be a Stitch it at Metropolis @ Metrotown customer. Thank you guys so much.
