Great service on every front: in the yard picking up material, inside finding the correct fasteners, and even down to the counterman who gave me the bill. This is why I drive to Burnaby from Vancouver whenever I need building materials!
First time at Standard, referred by Windsor plywood for product Windsor doesn’t stock. I was impressed with how helpful staff were compared to Home Depot.
Standard also has a well stocked store and yard and everything well labelled! My new go to in Burnaby.
Friendly service, open early, immense lumber size availability, and best of all, no mandate to wait for lumberyard worker to lead you on foot to the items - all the while they are available in the area if need be.
