I have found paradise at the Art of Sauna and spa. The beautiful and unique dry saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, and Himalayan salt room would have been magical and valuable even on their own. I was lucky to have been able to book the 75 Min Body Detoxifying Wrap with Alex and it was pure bliss. He worked with me expertly, respectfully, and in tune with my body and needs. I've never had such an amazing treatment in my life nor have I been to such a high quality sauna with friendly, understanding, and patient staff. Truly blessed to have gone and I can't wait to go again!! You will not regret going yourself!

This is a BYOT (Bring Your Own Towel) type of spa. They do let you know in an email that you have to bring your own towels. Feels weird to have the price go up and be charged for towels at the same time.I find it weird to go to a spa and be told to being a towel. That'd be like going to a restaurant and being told to being your own plates. ??‍♂️I totally understand that prices have to go up with the current state of the economy. I rather just have the cost of the towels in the price.If you were to ask me to leave a review during the pandemic it would have been an easy 5 star. This is a nice way to unwind and relax. There are multiple different saunas to choose from. Remember your flip flops!I only wish that robes were free and you didn’t have to pay to rent one.
