The entire car got cleaned well except the back. Still filthy. This is the second time this has happened. I’ll try again in a few weeks but if it’s like this again I’ll never come back here again. What’s the point of going to an auto car wash if I then have to manually clean the back? They need to adjust the machinery. Was never like this before. I noticed other cars in the vacuum bay had similarly dirty backs.

I always go here but:
- Tried to visit on Jan 25 and it was closed for maintenance. Please update your status on Google Maps, so that when people get directions, they can immediately see that you're closed and don't have to drive to you to find out
- The expensive $30 packages clean exactly like the cheapest package. There's literally no difference. It's a very clever marketing and price discrimination trick (kudos to owners) but don't fall for it.
