We made the right choice in picking Rio to supply and install a new furnace, heat pump and hot water heater in our house. From our first meeting, it was obvious that owner, Sam knew his stuff and cared about customer service. He explained what product he was recommending and why, also making sure that we would be eligible for the maximum available rebates from the utility company.
Rio's quote came in better than others received, but he also suggested a couple of other add-ins that the others didn't and threw them in at no charge.
Sam and his crew showed up on the scheduled installation date and completed the job on time, all the while being professional and courteous.

Everything was clean spotless and an excellent job. Very fair and honest hard-working team. Would highly recommend. 2.5 ton Coleman heat pump. I got my money for the rebate a week after the install. 10/10 would recommend. Will be calling them back to do my 60,000 BTU hot water tank for my outdoor pool.
Sam at Rio is just amazing! He was referred to me from a local community page and it's been one of the best connects. Friendly, super straightforward, and beyond diligent to get your problem fixed. I've used him twice now, both for heater, boiler issues, and he was fast, confident, and very transparent when it came to what the issue was and the costs for repair.
