We received excellent customer service from Rena while looking for compression socks and an elbow compression sleeve for my mom. She carefully took my mom’s measurements and thoroughly explained the different compression sock options to help find the best fit. She also took the time to help us choose the right elbow compression sleeve. Throughout the entire process, Rena was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We truly appreciated her care and attention to detail, and her guidance made the experience much easier and more comfortable for my mom.
