Had a really great experience in this store, we were served by Amene. She went out of her way to help me with looking, and finding the right products - her instructions on how to use the products she gave me were very clear, and helpful.

I've been a customer since October 2025. Having a colostomy is all new to me. I found Staff at Regency to be very helpful in my journey. One Staff member in particular, Toni, has been so very helpful in ordering my supplies. She knows what she's doing when it comes to customer needs & plans ahead so I'm not left without my supplies! Also, Marie & Louisa have gone out of their way to assist me. Thank you ladies.

The customer service at Regency Medical is amazing. My son had injured his Achilles tendon and we were about to go on vacation. The doctor had suggested we get a walking boot, but she didn’t give us a prescription. Rather than selling us a boot outright, a staff member suggested we get a prescription first, in order to claim insurance. Then another staff member (Marie?) helped us identify the boot and heel lifts we needed and put them on hold. She encouraged us not to “tough it out” and to get the prescription plus boot before going away to prevent further damage (which we ultimately got through Urgent Care).
