Communication was prompt and Gary took care of everything - including liaising with my landlord to managing the insurance claim. They came immediately to manage a flood, managed the repair and restoration process, including all of the trades, and managed the administration of the claim with the insurer. Most importantly they ensured everything was completed to the highest standard. Recommend very highly.
