This costed me 600-700 dollars. I paid for a colour correction, hair extensions and a haircut.
The colour correction does not look anything like the inspiration picture I showed and the placements are chunky, not what I wanted, they used a few foils for my thick hair. They did not use toner. She spent maybe five minutes putting a couple foils in but I paid and asked for a full head of highlights.
The extensions fell out after 5 days of having them and they are supposed to last 6-8 weeks, I went back in to get the extensions put back in and they fell out 2 days later, there was glue residue in my hair which was a huge inconvenience for me and just a bad experience in general, when I told the salon about the glue they just didn’t respond to that particular message even though I told them that the glue was hurting while I would brush my hair. The extensions looked strange because they were not blended and they were two different colours.
50 dollars for a hair cut and she took like 2 minutes cutting random tiny hairs from the end of my hair strands.
It was rude that they offered other people a complimentary tea or water but not me, even though I had been there longer. Sarb yelled across the salon to a different client making sure their beverage was tasty but I got nothing.
Sarb was blow drying my hair and kept on burning my scalp and when I would let her know she was burning me she seemed upset at me each time and told me my head is just sensitive, she eventually just put the blow dryer down.
When I asked how much my services were going to be Sarb made a snarky remark saying “hold on let me see, I know it’s hard for you to afford”. This was extremely shocking considering I can obviously afford it and have always tipped them well when I was happy with my hair.
The place seemed good the first few times I went but things changed.
When I initially texted about this situation after it happened I was told to call at a later date, when I finally got on the phone with them I was told they can’t do anything about it then eventually I was told to call back later, when I called back again after talking for a while I was offered a conditioning treatment to make things better (conditioning treatment range from $10+), I don’t think that is equivalent to how much I paid, and how unhappy I was with this.
The shampoo and conditioning is not relaxing.
I would feel wrong to not write a review for this place. They were also talking about clients, friends and family in a bad manner which made me wonder what they think or say about me when I’m not around.
Sarb continued her snarky remarks when I asked to use the washroom she said “the washroom is for everyone you silly girl”.
This salon was completely uninterested in fixing this situation after I reached out multiple times asking for some type of remedy, which is why I made this post.
The pictures are right after leaving the salon, they did not even bother to part my hair.

You don’t appreciate my business or you wouldn’t be so rude to me while I was there and send me away with this low effort hair. This looks worse than what my hair was when I came in, the “at home job” you’re talking about was done by a junior hairstylist so it was not even that bad. You could have done much better, you can clearly see the poor placements of your highlights. Teamwork? I paid you to do my hair so what teamwork are you talking about? I’m not complaining about the cost due to it being human hair I’m complaining that 1) they fell out after 5 days and 2) the colours did not match. I’m complaining that everything was done so poorly.

I had makeup and hair done by Mandeep for my baby's photoshoot and it was so good, flawless and beautiful. Mandeep is just the awesome. She finished makeup and hair in just 40ish minutes. I love her makeup so much. She is very kind too. Do exactly what you need. Price is very reasonable.

My friend and I went here yesterday to get our eyebrows and hair done. Sarbi was so sweet and personable on the phone, as well as, in person. Mandeep did an amazing job on our eyebrows and hair and Anjana was super gentle with shampooing and conditioning our hair. I have been coming to this salon for few years now and I absolutely love this place. Sarb is super sweet and always finds time to include me in even with short notice. This time I met Mandip for my services. She did an incredible job. Made me feel so comfortable and gave so much attention to details. I would highly recommend this place.
