I called Pro Ace for service for my older fireplace and furnace repair and maintenance. The technician, Joven, arrived on time, was very personable and walked me through the entire service and also educated me on maintenance protocols that would help in future. The cost was also very reasonable. The operations manager, Roy, also called following the appointment to ensure quality of service.
